Benefits of Drinking Water
1. Water Helps to Maximize Physical performance
Dehydration can have a noticeable effect if you lose as little as 2% of your body’s water content. However, it is not uncommon for athletes to lose up to 6-10% of their water weight via sweat.
This can lead to altered body temperature control, reduced motivation, increased fatigue and make exercise feel much more difficult, both physically and mentally
Optimal hydration has been shown to prevent thisfrom happening, and may even reduce the oxidative stress that occurs during high intensity exercise. This is not surprising when you consider that muscle is about 80% water
You have to drink to maintain water levels
2. To maintain Energy levels and Brain functions.
In a study of young women, fluid loss of 1.36% after exercise impaired both mood and concentration, and increas…

Infertility and mental health
Infertility means not being able to get pregnant after one year of trying (or after trying for 6 months if a woman is 35 or older). Women who can get pregnant but are unable to stay pregnant may also be infertile. Infertility affects 10 to 15 percent of couples.
Women who want a child but have not yet conceived often experience the following:
Anger
Depression
Anxiety
Marital problems
Sexual dysfunction
Social isolation
Low self-esteem
Researchers are not sure if mental health can affect fertility, although it is clear that infertility can affect mental health. It's possible, though, that high levels of depression, anxiety, and stress can affect the hormones that regulate ovulation. This could make it difficult for a woman to become pregnant.

Thyroid Problems -- Causes many health problems including Infertility
Through the hormones it produces, the thyroid gland influences almost all of the metabolic processes in your body. Thyroid disorders can range from a small, harmless goiter (enlarged gland) that needs no treatment to life-threatening cancer. The most common thyroid problems involve abnormal production of thyroid hormones. Too much thyroid hormone results in a condition known as hyperthyroidism. Insufficienthormone production leads to hypothyroidism.
Although the effects can be unpleasant or uncomfortable, most thyroid problems can be managed well if properly diagnosed and treated.
What Causes Thyroid Problems?
All types of hyperthyroidism are due to an overproduction of thyroid hormones, but the condition can occur in several ways:
Graves' disease: The production of too much thyroid hormone…

Thyroid during Pregnancy
HORMONE CHANGES. A normal pregnancy results in a number of important physiological and hormonal changes that alter thyroid function. These changes mean that laboratory tests of thyroid function must be interpreted with caution during pregnancy. Thyroid function tests change during pregnancy due to the influence of two main hormones: human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG), the hormone that is measured in the pregnancy test and estrogen, the main female hormone. HCG can weakly turn on the thyroid and the high circulating hCG levels in the first trimester may result in a slightly low TSH (called subclinical hyperthyroidism). When this occurs, the TSH will be slightly decreased in the first trimester and then return to normal throughout the duration of pregnancy . Estrogen increases the amount of thyroid hormone bind…

This photo has been sent to me by Dr. Gitesh to know the cause of birth defect.
See the defective birth ....... I suggests to follow healthy habits at least 3 months before conceive.. It is happened due to 1. mother has not taken sufficient water before pregnancy as to expand her internal parts when ever necessary ie in pregnancy  2.  The mother should practice breathing exercise ..it will create sufficient space for the unborn child to grow    3. after pregnancy unborn child could move his hands due congestion space... Therefore some fingers may bend or parts couldn't be enlarged....... Brought to you http://successgain.us/

Amniotic fluid protects your baby while it is in the womb: it provides cushioning, protects against infection, prevents the umbilical cord becoming compressed, maintains a constant temperature and allows your baby to move around so they can develop properly.
It is initially made up of water provided by the mother, but after 20 weeks the primary substance becomes foetal urine, which is not harmful to the baby. In fact, your little one will start to breathe and swallow the fluid in about the second trimester.
1. What does having low amniotic fluid mean? Low amniotic fluid, or oligohydramnios as it is medically known as, is defined by the following: Amniotic fluid volume of less than 500 ml Maximum vertical pocket of less than 2 cmAmniotic fluid index of less than 5 cm2. What causes low amniotic fluid? Water improves your Brain Power i.e. Thinking, Memory etc...
The brain is one of the most important organs in your body to keep fueled. It is approximately 85 percent water and brain function depends on having abundant access to water.
Water gives the brain the electrical energy for all brain functions, including thought and memory processes.
According to Dr. Corinne Allen, founder of the Advanced Learning and Development Institute, brain cells need two times more energy than other cells in the body. Water provides this energy more effectively than any other substance.
Water is also needed for the brain's production of hormones and neurotransmitters. Nerve transmission requires one-half of all the brain’s energy.
When your brain is functioning on a full reserve of water, yo…

Oxygen is helpful to your Digestion, develop your child's organs and avoid Skin disease of your child
A good digestive tract, as any gastroenterologist will tell you, is the cornerstone to good health. When your gastrointestinal tract is working right, you digest food efficiently and distribute all the necessary nutrients to every cell.
When you don't get enough oxygen, your digestion become irregular and your body doesn't get the vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other nutrients it needs. This is why some of us always feel hungry. Our inefficient cells are constantly starved.
When we breathe into our chests, we release adrenaline into our systems, which slows our digestion. The energy then goes into our muscles. This is why our muscles often feel tight and we experienc…

Why this child not able to stand and walk?
Posted in 2017

This photo has been sent to me by Dr. Gitesh to know why this child not able to stand and walk?
Most babies can pull themselves up to stand and begin taking their first steps somewhere between the ages of 8 months and 18 months. Soon after their first birthday, they can usually take a few steps alone, but prior to this will have started to 'cruise' -- walking along the edge of a couch or table, using furniture or outstretched hands for support. But what if your baby shows signs of delayed walking? And what if you notice your baby has bowed legs or is walking on tiptoes -- should you worry? There is a wide variation from one baby to the next in learning to walk. Timing of first steps can also vary between babies of different ethnic backgrounds. One baby may not walk until three or four months after…
